Carine comes as a fresh and trendy addition to the fast-paced ever-evolving Dubai dining scene. Initially open daily for dinner, each experience will be unique and won’t disappoint! Having already created a name for himself thanks to the success of The Lighthouse, La Serre and La Petite Maison and Izu Brasserie & Bakery, the idea of opening this restaurant is a tribute to Chef Izu’s beloved wife, Carine.
